How nice is this: two weeks ago I saw several Van Gogh paintings in real life and then I made a LAHL-les by Marieke Blokland about it! My inspiration for this page was a painting with blossom (seeing it in real is more impressive than this postcard). This technique was very fun to do, and my page is in real of course also much nicer than at this picture;) Zo leuk om eerst een Van Gogh schilderij in het echt te zien, en er daarna een LAHL-les van Marieke Blokland over te maken!
Paul Gaugin style in this LAHL-lesson from Catherine (CeeCee) Cote. Maybe some of you recognize the purple hyacinths from the 'Hallerbos' Een tijdje geleden in het Hallerbos geweest om de feeërieke hyacinten-sfeer te bewonderen... en dat nu als lesinspritatie gebruikt voor de LAHL-les van Caterine (CeeCee) Cote in Paul Gaugin stijl :)
Marlene Dumas inspired drawing, thanks Ivy Newport for your LAHL-lesson :)
For anyone who misses someone these days .... (I made this in the LAHL- lesson from Regina Lord) and the drawing is inspired by a drawing from Emiliano Ponzi. Voor iedereen die in deze dagen iemand mist....
(Gemaakt in de LAHL-les van Regina Lord) en de tekening is geïnspireerd door een illustratie van Emiliano Ponzi. |
Art journaling and mixed-media-art are for me a creative way to relax.
It's a place ( in contrast to everyday life), where I don't overthink everything and it doesn't have to be perfect. I just start to draw, play with different materials, write something and then see what's happening. It’s a wonderful flow! It's a Colourful Day! Archives
